Easy to obtain a day pass (which at £14 for a PureGym could be more reasonably priced IMO). But good range of equipment. As a former PT and athlete I’d say it did the job.

Having sent a rather irate mail to PureGym Customer Services I received not only an apology and a full explanation of the error, it was written in a very polite and respectful manner accepting responsibility for said error. Resolved quickly and efficiently and left me feeling listened to and cared about as a customer. If only other companies took this same approach instead of antagonising further an already annoyed Customer. Thank you PureGym. I will recommend your Gym to anyone looking for a well equipped facility with excellent PT’s and caring Customer Service team.

It was a very laid back space. I didn't feel like people were judging you. Also the amount of equipment was good, there were lots of choices. Now I did go at 9pm so that could've been a reason for the availability. It is smaller than some gyms I have been in though so I think at rush period it may be a bit hectic but I don't know that for a fact.

Great gym, 24hours opening, gym equipment is pretty decent for what we pay for, ckean environment, staff are friendly and gym users are great. I have been using PUREGYM since 2008 when I was a student and couldn't afford a expensive gym membership PUREGUM was an excellent choice. I just think Puregym should reward long time users.
